As a Program Admin, you can fully customize the content your employees see when they visit your Program. By using the Page Builder and the Visuals, you can create a compelling landing page that explains the goals of your innovation campaign and guides Participants through their Submission.
Understanding the Page Builder
The interface of your Program is composed of multiple content pages. Each page is built using individual content blocks—pre-structured layouts for text, images, and other media.
To start editing, navigate to the Settings menu and select Page builder.
Default Content: Some templates come with a pre-filled Brief page to get you started.
Text Blocks: Click on the text blocks to modify their content or click on "Add new blocks" to create new content boxes.
Saving Changes: Ensure you click Save after editing a block before moving to the next one to avoid losing your work
Building the Program Page
The Banner and Brief is the first page Participants encounter. It should clearly state the intention and provide necessary context.
Main Visuals: Use the Visuals tab in the Settings Menu to upload your program's visual assets. Mandatory: Program Banner (front, recommended 2500x700px) and Program Thumbnail (displayed on the Explore page). Optional: Logo, Email Banner (shown in platform communications like reminders and direct messages), and Default Team Banner (a default participation image for all teams, which each team can change afterwards).
The maximum file size for uploads is 500 kB.
Introduction Text: Use a Text Block to welcome users and explain the "Why" behind the Program.
Instructional Media: You can add Article Blocks to combine text instructions with supportive images or videos.
Using Content Block Templates
You don't need technical skills to build a professional layout; you can simply assemble these ready-to-use templates:
Text Block: A title followed by a central text area and optional side images.
Gallery Block: A group of columns, each associating an image with a text description.
Landscape Block: A Sidebar text overlaying a full-width background image.
Accordion Block: An expandable list, perfect for a Program FAQ.
Award Block: Clickable side tabs to highlight prizes or recognition for top Ideas.
- Article Block: A text column paired with a media column.
- Map Block: A full-page map with a position cursor (requires activation with your contact at Bloomflow/Agorize).
- Free Block: A central text zone that can be customized by code.
Advanced: Adding New Pages
If you need to provide extra resources (like detailed Program Rules or a "Meet the Evaluators" page), you can add custom tabs.
Click the Add a page button at the bottom of the list.
Title and Position: Give your page a name and choose its order in the top navigation menu.
Publishing: You can draft the page and set it to publish immediately or at a scheduled date.
Note: Always use the "View Program" (or "View call for ideas") button in the top-right corner to preview how your content looks to participants in real-time.
