As a Program Admin, you can design structured Evaluation workflows by creating dedicated interfaces for your expert committees or internal voters. These interfaces allow for targeted scoring and data-driven selection of the best Ideas.
Setting Up a New Interface
You can create a new Evaluation interface at any time for any step of your Program journey. Each interface operates with its own unique URL and specific parameters.
Navigate to the Evaluation tab in the program back-office.
Click the New Interface button.
Assign to a Step: Choose the specific workflow step where this evaluation should take place.
Choosing a Scoring Method
The platform offers three distinct grading systems to match your evaluation goals:
Criteria Assessment: Define a set of specific criteria (e.g., "Innovation" or "Feasibility"). You can set a minimum and maximum grade (e.g., 0 to 10) and assign coefficients to weight certain criteria more heavily than others.
Investment Voting: Allocate a budget of virtual "coins" to each Evaluator. You can define a maximum investment amount allowed per project to ensure a balanced distribution of funds.
Likes: A simple system where you can limit the total number of "likes" an Evaluator can distribute across all projects.
Choose Elements to Display
Edit the General information of the evaluation: Title, Identifier (visible for program admins only), and Description to welcome voters and explain the evaluation rules.
Permissions and Visibility
Control the depth of information available to your Evaluators through the General tab:
Access Rights: Define if the interface is public to all program users or restricted to specific voters who receive the unique link.
Evaluation Deadlines: Set a future date for the evaluation to close. After this deadline, the page becomes "read-only," and no further votes can be cast.
Selecting Ideas to Evaluate
You must define which Ideas will be visible on the interface using one of two selection modes:
Dynamic Selection: Ideas are automatically added to the evaluation as soon as they meet your specified filters (e.g., "all ideas submitted in Step 1"). The list adapts in real-time as more projects meet the criteria.
Static Selection: You manually select a fixed list of Ideas to be evaluated. This list remains unchanged even if other ideas meet the filters later.
Advanced Display Options
Choose whether Evaluators can view:
Submission Form answers from previous steps (recommended).
Confidential deliverables (if specifically authorized).
Comments and results from other voters.
Before sharing the link, use the View interface button to preview exactly what your Evaluators will see and ensure all scoring criteria are correctly configured.
