What are Quick Links?

Quick Links are intuitive, visual blocks located on your Bloomflow homepage designed to get you where you need to go—fast. Think of them as a personalized dashboard of "bookmarks" that can redirect users to specific areas within the platform or to external websites.

By using Quick Links, administrators can curate the most relevant resources for their team, ensuring that high-priority information is always just one click away.

How to Use Quick Links

As a user, you will find these tiles on your landing page. Simply click a tile to be instantly redirected.

Example quick links are built onto the platform by default and can be deleted by the platform administrator.

If you have Platform Administrator permissions, you can customize these blocks. You can add, delete, or modify Quick Links. To do this, go to the Admin Panel, then Theme & Homepage. Scroll down to Quick Links and select the desired action.

You can delete and edit existing quick links via the same page:

To create a Quick Link, simply navigate to the Homepage Configuration settings and click the + Add a new quick link button to open the setup menu.

How to Configure the Links

Before creating the link, decide where you want the user to go.

For External URLs: Copy the full web address (e.g., https://www.google.com).

For Internal URLs: Navigate to the specific page or filtered view on Bloomflow. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar. When adding an internal link to the platform configuration, follow this specific syntax to ensure the link works for every user:

Note: For internal links, do not include the base domain. Only add the text that appears after your platform URL.

Example: If the full link is https://[client].bloomflow.com/partners/startup-list, you should only enter /partners/startup-list.

For best results with cover photos, reduce the number of pixels (ideally around 800*600), and compress the image. You can use http://kraken.io to do this.
