What is it?
The item page is the central place to find key information about a partner or project.
At the top of each page, you have quick access to the item’s website and social media profiles. You can also see which typology’s portfolio the item belongs to. In the top-right corner, the contact within your company who is managing the relationship is clearly displayed.
Overview Page:
By default, you’ll be on the status page, which tells you what stage of the collaboration you’re at. You will see the current workflow step and associated tasks that need to be completed (related articles 1 & 2).
On the right hand side, you can:
- like an item by clicking the heart icon
- share an item by clicking the share icon
- pin an item to your homepage by bookmarking it
- see all of the tags, labels, evaluation, and sources attached to the item.
Deep dive into the item page:
To explore the item page in more detail, you can navigate to different sections by clicking on "More," which provides additional information about the partner or project:
Here’s a detailed overview of all the sections you can navigate through:
- Activities: A central place to gather interactions and notes, such as meetings and emails from different people from your team with the project or partner. You will also see two email addresses on the right hand side which we call the Smart Email functionality. Cc’ing these email addresses when sending emails will automatically paste the contents of the email and any attached documents in this part of the Bloomflow platform.
- Details: Here you can find more in-depth descriptive fields like partner HQ, number of employees or project start and end date. You can also add your own custom fields here (speak to your Care Team to help with this).
- Contacts: You will find an overview of the internal contacts working with the partner or on the project, as well as their specific role. You will also find contacts from the partner (if it is a partner page) as well as their contact details, (if it's a project page) external contacts can be configurable. This is automatically populated from Crunchbase but you can also add contact information manually.
- Documents: A central repository for you to gather and upload reports, presentations, or other relevant documents.
- Evaluation: Here you can add an assessment of a partner based on criteria your organization has configured (reach out to the care team to configure the criteria), with a visual representation. The latest assessment will be displayed and updated if another user re-evaluates the start-up to ensure that the most up-to-date assessment is shown. Note: we recommend only using 8 maximum for better visualisation.
- Qualification Form: As a part of evaluating a partner or project, you might have a specific or defined process to gather specific data points or to complete at a particular point of a project. You can create a customizable form to do this through your Customer Success Manager.
- Ecosystem: Map the relationship between partners and projects in your ecosystem. Click ‘Link Solution’ and select another partner to indicate that the two are related (see related article 4).
- News: Latest reports and articles related to that item are populated by Crunchbase daily. You can also manually add your own articles from the web.
- Videos: Gather video URLs relevant to that partner or project.
- Financials: Latest funding and investment data from Crunchbase is populated every day. You can also choose to have this populated by PitchBook if your organization has an existing partnership with Pitchbook.
- Reminders: Collaborate with your colleagues and organize tasks by assigning time-bound reminders. These will appear in the tasklist of the recipient.
- Confidential tab: This tab can be activated for some users who would like to share sensitive information without giving visibility to the whole group. The admin can set up the rights and permissions and should speak to their Customer Success Manager for more information.
